A beautiful blend of italian thinned stemmed butter chard. This mix is tasty lightly sauted with garlic for a side dish or paired with white beans with a splash of vinegar. We like to make green pizzas using this chard instead of spinach ... a little red sauce, and a bit of mozzarella ... butter the crust with a nice grassfed butter and a little salt - really can't beat it.
